The goal of CENTURY 21 McNairy & Associate's Real Estate School is to bring people into the real estate field, help them get licensed, train them and then guide them to become successful sales agents.
After passing our Principles course, our students will spend three to four weeks with our own pre-licensing/sales trainer, preparing them to pass the state exam. These pre-exams, provided by Gold Coast, contain the exact same materials asked about in the most recent state exams and are reinforced via Gold Coast's "One Day Crash Course" taken just before the State Exam.
Upon receiving their state license, graduates receive a two week training course -- free of charge from CENTURY 21 McNairy & Associates -- to transition them from the academic to the practical aspect of real estate.
The Gold Coast method of using their revolutionary teaching and "exam passing" techniques, have yielded a passing rate in excess of 90% for first try state exam attempts.
